Angle aluminum makes it easy to draw straight lines on a curved surface. Looking down inside the body tube before the forward centering ring glue filet is added.

Fin can tube is cut into 4 quarters. The 2 black lug launch lugs are added.

Inside the body tube after glue filet is added to forward centering ring. Fin cans added to each quadrant after being sanded to shape.

Eye screw is glued to payload bulk head. Meanwhile the nose cone is painted red and the payload section gets a coat of white.

Next, the red part of the payload section is painted. Here, the painting of the payload and nosecone is completed. Masking off the main body tube using plastic bags so the number 4 fin can be painted red.

Bulk head glued to coupler. Coupler glued into payload section.

The aft centering ring inserted and ready to be glued. One foot from the payload section the parachute is attached.
